摘　　要：通过几个实例，从规划目标、总体布置、公共空间设计、住宅设计四个方面入手；探讨了低密度滨水居住区及滨水住宅在规划设计时的一些特殊性。This paper tries to find out the special issues concerning development of low density waterfront residentialestates and waterfront housing, from four aspects such as planning goals, site planning, public space design and housing design.
