摘　　要：位于柏林市中心的宫殿广场，成为自两德统一以来的热门话题与至今尚未解决的难题。德国当局谨慎的都市计划态度，民间与建筑界的热烈参与，引发更多民众对此问题的关注，使整个都市计划的决策过程充满民主与不同视角的包容性。作者介绍了其中的历史、政治背景，相关的竞赛方案以及某些建筑师的建议案。The Palace Square in the center of Berlin city has been the topical subject and an unsolved difficult problem since Germany unified. The cautious approach on the urban planningfrom German government and enthusiastical participation from both the non govemmental andthe professional lead in more attention from the public, which imbues the whole urban planning with democracy and toerance from different aspects. The paper gives an introduction tothe history, political background, competition schemes and suggesed plans from famous architects.
