摘　　要：笔者以自己参与的尼泊尔某中型水电站投资开发为例,分析了咨询企业进行国际水电工程开发时,在项目管理方面需要重视的设计管理、人力资源管理、信息管理、风险管理等问题,并提出项目建设结构模式。对工程咨询企业实施"走出去"战略具有一定的参考价值。Taking the investment development of a hydropower project in Nepal for example, the author analyzes the issues in project management for attention by consulting firms during development of international hydropower projects, such as design management, human resources management, information management, risk management, etc. , and proposes the structure mode of project construction, which has certain reference value for the engineering consulting firms to implement the strategy of ＂going out＂.
