摘　　要：介绍了自动测试系统仪器驱动器的发展过程,分析了面向信号仪器驱动器的模型及工作机制,提出了构建面向信号仪器驱动模型的方法。The development of instruments driver in the automated test system is introduced.The model and mechanism of the signal-oriented instruments driver are analyzed.And the method of constructing the signal-oriented instruments driver is presented.
