摘　　要：分析了目前我国高等农业教育在培养农业科技创新人才方面存在的主要问题,结合湖南农业大学国家级植物科学实验教学示范中心建设,通过更新实验教学内容、改善实验教学条件、提高教学队伍的整体水平、改革单一的人才培养模式和评判标准,积极引导学生尽早参与科学研究和科技创新活动,激发学生的创造力,提高农业科技创新人才培养质量。Analysing the main problems of the current China＇s higher agricultural education in fostering innovation talents of agricultural science and technology,updating the experimental teaching contents,improving the experimental teaching conditions,raising the level of faculty,reforming single training mode and evaluation standards should be done during the construction of plant sciences experimental teaching demonstration center in our university.In the meantime,the students to involve earlier scientific researches and technological innovations should be guided actively,which would help stimulate the students＇ creativity and improve the training quality of agricultural science and technology innovation talents.
