摘　　要：休闲日益成为人们日常生活的重要组成部分,大学生休闲教育问题正成为社会关注的对象。文章以宁波市高校大学生为例,在实证调查的基础上对高校大学生休闲教育的现状作出分析,进而有针对性地提出关于休闲教育实践的具体策略,希望能对大学生休闲教育有所启示和推动。With the leisure becoming the important component of people＇ daily life,we must pay more attention to college students＇ leisure education.This article takes university students in Ningbo as an example,makes investigation,and analysis of present situation,then proposes strategies.It aims to a sound development of college students＇ leisure education.
