煮熟茧动态解舒张力的计算机检测及其探讨

摘　　要：本文利用微型电子计算机技术,建立了一套煮熟茧动态解舒张力的计算机自动检测系统.在不同的煮茧工艺条件下,对解舒优劣不同的两种原料煮熟茧的动态解舒张力进行了检测分析,定量检测得到了较为可靠的数据.分析所得出的结论,对于完善煮茧理论、评定煮熟程度、鉴别茧质优劣、改进煮茧工艺、提高生产效益,具有一定的实际意义.In this paper, the computer automatic testing system for the dynamicdissociating tension of cooked coooon's filament has been set up by meansof micro-computer technology. The dynamic dissociating tension of cookedcocoons filament has been tested and analysed for two kinds of raw cocoonswith good and bad reelabilities under different cocoon cooking processconditions. More reliable data have been obtained by quantitative test.Someconclusions reached after analysing are of practically significant to perfecting the cocoon cooking theory, distinguishing cocoon quality good or bad,improving the cocoon cooking process,etc.
