摘  要:在泰国和菲律宾采集了热带浮萍Lemna aequinoctialis Wel-witsch(Lemnaceae),以便发展一种有效的热带环境毒理学生物测定法。调查了生态毒理学生长试验的最佳条件,并且采用结果试验手册检验了重金属(Cd^(2+)、Cr^(6+)、Cu^(2+)、Hg^(2+)、Zn^(2+))、ClO^(3-)、3,5-二氯苯酚及苯酚对两种浮萍生长的影响。对生长的影响通过单位面积生物量和产生的叶片数量(类叶过程)96小时EC50值来检测。两种浮萍对所检验化合物的敏感性非常相似。Cd^(2+)、Cu^(2+)和Hg^(2+)的毒性最大,ClO^(3-)和苯酚的毒性最弱,Cr^(6+)和Zn^(2+)具有中等毒性。The tropical duckweed Lemna aequinoctial/s Welwitsch (Lemnaceae) was collected in Thailand and the Philippines, so that an efficient toxicological bioassay for tropical environments could be developed. Optimal conditions required for conducting ecotoxicological growth tests were investigated and the resulting test manual was used to test the effects of heavy metals (Cd2+, Cr3+, Cu2+, Hg2+, Zn2+), CIO3+, 3,5-dichlorophenol and phenol on the growth of the two strains of duckweed. The effect on growth was measured as 96-hr EC50 for biomass production and the number of fronds (leaf-like process) produced. The sensitivity of the two duckweed strains to the tested compounds was quite similar. Cd2+, Cu2+ and Hg2 demonstrated the highest toxicity, CIO3+ and phenol the lowest toxicity, while Cr3+ and Zn2+ demonstrated intermediate toxicity.
