重建带锁髓内钉治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折

摘　　要：目的评价股骨重建带锁髓内钉治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法对2006年10月至2009年10月有完整临床资料的11例采用重建带锁髓内钉治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折患者进行回顾性分析。其中男9例,女2例;年龄19～65岁,平均38岁。结果 11例患者平均随访18个月,全部股骨干和股骨颈骨折均获得骨性愈合,股骨干骨折平均愈合时间6.4个月,股骨颈骨折平均愈合时间5.8个月,术后未出现股骨头缺血性坏死。无髓内针及锁钉断裂、松动或感染等并发症,采用Sanders髋关节创伤后功能评分,10例优秀,1例良好。结论采用股骨重建髓内钉治疗同侧股骨干合并股骨颈骨折,效果可靠,并发症少,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate surgical outcomes of ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures by reconstruction interlocking nail.Methods A retrospective study of 11 patients with ipsilateral femoral shafts and neck fracture was done from Oct 2006 to Oct 2009.Results The mean follow-up period was 18 months.All the femoral shaft and neck fractures were obtained osseous healing,the femoral shaft fractures united in a mean of 6.4months and the femoral neck fractures united in a mean of 5.8months.There were no ischemic necrosis of femoral head happened and There were no complication of nail breaking and loosening or infection in this Study.Functional results were perfect in 10 patients,good in 1.Conclusion The use of reconstruction interlocking nail for ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures is reliable in achieving bone union with few complications.
