摘 要:考虑由一个供应商和多个零售商构成的VMI供应链,在供应商运输能力有限、可采用外包策略的情况下,研究了动态需求环境下供应链补货及发货批量策略问题。分析得出供应商最优补货及发货期结构满足"零库存补货"性质,进而利用动态规划方法提出一个多项式算法优化补货及发货策略,其计算复杂度为O(T3),且通过平衡各种成本,可得每个发货周期内供应商最优的运输策略。最后利用算例验证了所提策略的有效性,分析了供应商运输能力对补货发货频次和供应链总成本的影响。论文研究结论可为企业实施VMI补货发货和运输决策提供有益参考。Considering a VMI supply chain with a supplier and many retailers,in the case that the supplier has limited transportation capacity and could use outsourcing policy,this paper investigated a dynamic lot-sizing problem on the replenishment and shipment scheduling policy under dynamic demand environment.It concluded that the structure of the optimal solution met the "Zero-Inventory-Order" property.And an O(T3) polynomial algorithm was developed to solve the problem using the dynamic programming approach,also the optimal transportation mode in the delivery cycle was obtained through trading off various cost.Finally,an example was used to confirm the effectiveness of the policy,and the influence of the transportation capacity on replenishment and delivery frequency,the total supply chain cost were studied.The result is helpful for the decision-making of the replenishment and shipment scheduling in VMI implementation.
