摘　　要：设计了一个基于GSM+GPS的事故现场报警系统,当事故发生时,可实现手动报警和自动报警。报警时的车辆状态、用户信息及报警地点将被传输到预设好的紧急处理中心,紧急处理中心接收到相关报警信息后将车辆状态、用户信息及报警地点显示在紧急处理中心端的地图上。紧急处理中心的执勤人员将接收到的报警信息通过其他通讯方式(手机、对讲机等)通知给离事故现场最近的处理人员,从而能第一时间赶到事故地点。An accident scene alarm system based on GSM and GPS is designed.When an accident occurs,it can achieve manual alarm and auto alarm.The vehicle status,user information and alarm location at alarm time will be transmitted to the pre-set emergency handling center,and displayed on the map of the center after receiving the related alarm information.The staff on duty of the emergency handling center will notice the handlers nearest to the site of the accident with the received alarm information through other means of communication （cell phones,walkie-talkies,etc.）,so that they can first rush to the accident locations.
