摘  要:研究采用自制内循环(IC)反应器,以实验室模拟废水为进水,接种城市污水处理厂的剩余污泥,对反应器的启动及运行过程进行研究,在经过污泥驯化、颗粒培养、调整及稳定的不同阶段连续运行。结果表明:启动初期反应器pH过低,产甲烷菌生长受抑制,导致VFA累积,容易酸化。通过改变模拟废水中微量元素的浓度及添加缓冲溶液,酸化的反应器可得以恢复。颗粒污泥培养阶段,负荷提升不宜过快,研究发现,当COD处理效率超过80%,出水VFA低于4mmol/L,运行稳定时,以原负荷20%的量增加,污泥颗粒迅速增长。经连续运行,最终污泥颗粒粒径大多数在1.5-2.5mm,呈黑褐色,沉降性好,产气及气固分离性能良好,容积负荷高达40kgCOD/(m^3·d),运行稳定。With the influence of experimental simulated sewage and waste sludge from urban wastewater treatment plant for seed,a self-made internal circulation(IC) reactor was used to investigate the start-up and running process of IC reactor through stages of sludge acclimation,granule shape,modulation and stable running.Results showed that at the beginning of start-up,pH was so low that the methanogens was inhibited,resulting in VFA accumulation and acidification.By changing the concentration of trace elements and adding buffer solution,acidificative reactor could be recovered.In the stage of granular sludge cultivation,load should not be raised too fast.When COD removal rate was over 80% and VFA of the effluent was lower than 4 mmol/L,the load could be increased by 20% of the original load in order to promote sludge granulation.After a continuous operation time,most of the granular sludge was 1.5-2.5 mm diameter with dark brown color and good settling,good gas production and good gas-solid separation,and reaction was operating stably with the volume load rate of 40 kg COD/(m^3·d).
