摘  要:在过氧化苯甲酰作用下,利用甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯与丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯的溶液聚合反应合成了一种氟代聚丙烯酸酯(FBDH),用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等对其结构、成膜性及膜形貌进行了研究。结果表明,在观察尺寸为50 nm、扫描范围为5μm×5μm条件下,观察所合成的FBDH微观上会表现出一种相分离结构,在其表面有众多凸起峰状物存在。将FBDH附着固化在棉纤维织物表面,可明显改善织物的疏水效果,并使水的静态接触角达到138.5°;而用1%硅溶胶对棉纤维先进行粗糙化处理再附载FBDH,则有助于产生超疏水效果,且能使处理后织物表面的接触角达到153.6°。In the presence of benzoyl peroxide as an initiator,a fluorinated polyacrylate (FBDH) was synthesized by copolymerization of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(RfAA),butyl acrylate(BA),dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DM) and 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPAA) in tertiary butanol solution.Chemical structure of FBDH was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR) and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR),then film morphology and performance of FBDH on different substrates were investigated by FESEM,atomic force microscope(AFM) and so on.The experiment results indicate that at scale data of 50 nm and in the scanning field of 5 μm×5 μm,the synthesized FBDH shows phase-separated micro-morphology on a silicon wafer substrate,and there are many mountains on the FBDH film surface.When coated on a cotton fiber/fabric surface,FBDH modifies the fiber/fabric hydrophobicity significantly and can let the treated fabric with a water contact angle of 138.5°.By treating the cotton fabric with a 1% silicon sol in advance,the hydrophobicity of FBDH can be further improved on such a treated fabric.As a result,the water contact angle on the treated fabric reaches to 153.6°.
