摘 要:利用钛酸四异丙酯、对叔丁基苯甲酸和正硅酸乙酯制备了一种新型成核剂三(对叔丁基苯甲酰氧基)-硅氧烷基-钛(TSD)。利用热重分析(TG)考察了成核剂的热稳定性,采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和偏光电子显微镜分析法(PLM)对聚丙烯(PP)的晶型及结晶行为进行了考察并测试了聚丙烯的力学性能和维卡软化点。结果表明,成核剂TSD能够使聚丙烯的结晶温度明显提高,并且加快了聚丙烯的结晶速率,提高了结晶度,聚丙烯的力学性能和耐热性能也有了不同程度的提高。当TSD的添加量为0.6%(质量分数,下同)时,聚丙烯的维卡软化点提高了7.9℃。A nucleating agent tri-(p-tert-butyl-benzoyloxy)-silioxy-titanate(TSD) was prepared by isopropyl titanate,p-tert-butyl-benzoic acid and tetraethyl orthosilioate.The thermal stability of the nucleating agent was investigated by thermogravimetry analysis(TG),the crystalline morphology and crystallization behavior of polypropylene(PP) were inspected by the means of X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and polarised light microscopy(PLM) and the mechanical properties and the vicat softening point of PP were also tested.The results show that: the nucleating agent TSD improves the crystallization temperature of PP,accelerates the crystallization rate of PP and increases crystallinity,mechanical properties and heat resistance of PP have been improved.By the addition of 0.6%TSD,the vicat softening point of PP is increased by 7.9 ℃.
