摘  要:通过聚甲基三氟丙基含氢硅氧烷与乙烯基全氟癸烯、端烯丙基聚醚、烯丙基缩水甘油醚的硅氢加成反应,制备了一种全氟烷基/聚醚/环氧侧基聚硅氧烷(PFEAS)。用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等仪器分别对产物的结构、成膜形态及性能进行了表征和研究。结果表明,在棉纤维及单晶硅表面,PFEAS均可形成一层疏水膜,微观分析该硅膜的粗糙度较大(在2μm×1μm的扫描范围内,硅膜的均方粗糙度为0.410 nm),呈相分离结构。经其处理的棉织物与水的接触角达134°、静态吸水时间超过4 h,易去污等级达5级。A modified polymethyltrifluoropropylsiloxane grafted by a series of perfluorooctyl ethylene,allylpolyoxyethylene ether and allylglyeidyl ether(PFEAS),was synthesized by Si-H additional reaction.Chemical structure of synthesized PFEAS was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR).The film morphology of PFEAS on cotton faber and silicon wafer substrate surfaces was observed by scanning electronic telescope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron microscope(XPS) and atomic force microscope(AFM) and its applications were also researched.Experimental results indicate that PFEAS can form a hydrophobic polysiloxane film both on fiber and silicon wafer surfaces.PFEAS film possesses quite higher roughness and phase-separated morphology in its AFM images under microanalysis(Rq,0.410 nm within the scanning 2 μm×1 μm areas).The water contact angle and the soil release of the treated cotton fabrics reach to 134° and 5 degree respectively,in addition,a static hydroscopic time of those exceeds 4 hours.
