摘  要:以尼龙6(PA6)为载体,结合同轴共纺技术将多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)均匀包裹在PA6/PMMA体系的芯层中,再利用热压成型技术将壳层聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)熔融,从而制备出PA6(MWNTs)均匀分散的增强透光复合材料。实验中分别考察不同含量的MWNTs对复合材料形貌、力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用同轴共纺工艺能明显改善复合纤维的表面形貌,减少珠状物出现,降低MWNTs彼此之间的团聚。通过热压制备的增强透光复合材料的力学性能得到进一步提升,而透光性能只有少量降低。PA6(MWNTs) and PA6(MWNTs)/PMMA nanofibers were prepared through blend electrospining and coaxial-electrospinning,respectively.Under a proper hot pressing condition,the polyamide 6(PA6) nanofiber reinforced polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) composites contained with different amounts of multi-wall carbon nanotube(MWNTs) in the core part were obtained.The influence of different contents of the MWNTs on morphology,mechanical properties and visible light transmittance of the resulting composites was investigated.The results indicate that the coaxially electrospun nanofibers have a smooth surface which is different from the blend electrospun PA6(MWNTs) nanofibers.Tensile strength of the transparent PA6(MWNTs)/PMMA composite is increased with an increasing content of the MWNTs,whereas the transparency of the composite is slingtly decreased.
