摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢2580m3高炉调整布料制度的生产实践,分析了不同布料制度对高炉生产指标的影响,确定了采用"抑制边缘、发展中心"的布料制度。生产实践表明,调整布料制度后,高炉稳定运行。This paper introduces the operating situation after adjusting distributing schedule for 2580 m3 BF of Angang,and then analyzes effects of different distributing schedules on the operating indexes of the BF.And based on that,the distributing schedule by limiting the peripheral gas distribution and making the best use of the central gas distribution in the BF are determined.Operating practice shows that the BF keeps operating smoothly after adjusting the distributing schedule.
