摘 要:为研究臭氧投加量对臭氧-生物活性炭(O3-BAC)组合工艺深度处理再生水效果的影响,在中试系统中考察了随臭氧投加量的变化O3-BAC组合工艺对再生水中常规指标的去除效能。研究结果表明,臭氧反应接触时间为30 min,活性炭滤池空床接触时间(BECT)为15 min时,当臭氧投加量在1~10 mg/L范围内变化,组合工艺对色度、高锰酸盐指数、UV254、DOC和SUVA去除率分别在46.4%~93.3%、10.5%~30.5%、18.4%~53.5%、1.4%~9.0%和17.2%~49.1%范围内;当臭氧投加量为6 mg/L时,O3-BAC组合工艺对再生水中NH3-N的去除率达到最大,为45.8%,此时对再生水中色度、高锰酸盐指数、UV254、DOC和SUVA的去除率分别为86.7%、17.3%、40.7%、5.7%和37.1%。可见,O3-BAC组合工艺深度处理再生水能够有效去除有机物,综合改善水质,有很好的应用前景。In order to examine the impact of ozone dosage on reclaimed water advanced treatment by ozone-biological activated carbon process,the efficiency of O3-BAC combined process with different ozone dosage on general pollution indexes removal from the reclaimed water was investigated by pilot-scale test.The results showed that,when the ozone reaction time was 30 min,the empty bed contact time of BAC was 15 min,and the ozone dosage varied in a range of 1 to 10 mg/L,the removal rates of colority,permanganate index,UV254、DOC and SUVA were 46.4%-93.3%,10.5%-30.5%,18.4%-53.5%,1.4%-9.0% and 17.2%-49.1% respectively;When the ozone dosage was 6 mg/L,the removal rate of NH3-N reached the highest,which was 45.8%,and the removal rates of colority,permanganate index,UV254、DOC and SUVA were 86.7%,17.3%,40.7%,5.7% and 37.1% respectively.It could be seen that,when be used for reclaimed water advanced treatment,O3-BAC process could effectively remove the organics and comprehensively improve the water quality,which showed a bright prospect for application.
