摘  要:针对微滤炭膜机械强度的不足,采用在煤中加入炭纤维增强材料和调控不同煤种的比例关系的方法对其进行机械强度的增强改性.结果表明,在无烟煤基炭膜中加入炭纤维对其机械强度的改善效果不明显.而同时加入粘结性烟煤可明显地改善炭膜的机械强度,并随着炭纤维加入量的提高炭膜的抗冲击强度增加显著,但径向抗压强度略有降低.通过调控不同煤种的比例关系也可明显地提高炭膜的机械强度.扫描电镜分析发现,粘结性烟煤的加入改善了炭纤维和炭膜基体的复合效果,炭纤维在炭膜中沿炭膜长度方向取向分布.The mechanical strengths of coal-based tubular microfiltration carbon membranes were modified and enhanced by means of adding carbon fiber and controlling the ratio of different coals. The results showed that the improvement of mechanical strengths was not obvious by adding carbon fiber in anthracite- based carbon membranes, but the mechanical strengths of carbon membranes could significantly be im- proved by adding some carbon fiber and caking coal in anthracite-based carbon membranes at the same time. The impact strength increased greatly and radial compressive strength decreased slightly with the increase of quantity of carbon fiber added in carbon membrane. The mechanical strengths of carbon membranes could also be improved obviously by controlling the ratio of different coals. The images of SEM indicated that addition of caking coal could improve the composite effect of carbon fiber and carbon membranes, and carbon fibers showed orientation distribution along with the length of carbon membrane.
