摘 要:采用GC-ECD气相色谱法对石脑油中的有机氯化物进行定性定量分析,并根据其形态结构选择适宜的吸附剂进行吸附脱氯,探索吸附剂吸附脱氯的适宜条件。结果表明,石脑油中的有机氯化物主要为氯仿、四氯化碳、四氯乙烷和二氯苯,其质量浓度分别为0.16、0.02、3.32和4.52 mg/L。制备的吸附剂N适用于石脑油吸附脱氯,其适宜的吸附条件为吸附温度40℃、吸附时间3 h、剂/油质量比(m(Adsorbent)/m(Oil))为0.1。在此条件下石脑油中有机氯质量浓度从2.70 mg/L降至0.68 mg/L。吸附剂M对脱后石脑油进行再次吸附后,其氯质量浓度可以减少到0.47 mg/L,达到石脑油工业生产的要求。Organochlorines in naphtha were identified and quantified by gas chromatography with GC-ECD.Based on the occurrence state of organic chlorines in naphtha,the appropriate adsorbent was employed to remove the organic chlorine,and the suitable optional conditions were explored.The results showed that the organic chlorines in naphtha were existed mainly in the forms of chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,tetrachloroethane and 1,2-dichlorobenzene,and their mass concentration were 0.16,0.02,3.32 and 4.52 mg/L,respectively.The prepared adsorbent N was a suitable adsorbent to remove the organic chlorines from naphtha,and optional conditions were adsorptive temperature of 40℃,adsorptive time of 3 h and adsorbent mass ratio to oil of 0.1,under which the total mass concentration of organic chlorines in naphtha was decreased from 2.70 mg/L to 0.68 mg/L.Then with adsorbent M for removal of organic chlorine in the naphtha again,the total mass concentration of chlorine in naphtha was reduced to 0.47 mg/L,meeting the requirement of industrial production of naphtha.
