检测DM2患者血浆tPA、PAI-1、uPA及uPAR水平的价值

摘　　要：目的:检测2型糖尿病(DM2)血浆tPA、PAI-1、uPA及uPAR水平,探讨其临床价值。方法:分别以ELISA检测尿蛋白正常组、尿蛋白阳性组、严重尿蛋白组和对照组的tPA、PAI-1、uPA及uPAR水平。结果:与对照组相比,尿蛋白正常组的tPA和PAI-1变化不明显(P>0.05);尿蛋白阳性组tPA活性明显下降(P<0.05),PAI-1活性明显升高(P<0.05);严重蛋白尿组tPA活性明显下降(P<0.05),PAI-1活性明显升高(P<0.05);uPA及uPAR在各组间差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论:DM2患者蛋白尿的程度与tPA、PAI-1的水平密切相关,检测tPA、PAI-1的变化可反映其肾病状态。Objective To study the clinical valhe cf determination of plasma tPA, PAI-1, uPA and uPAR levels in patients with DM2. Mothods Plasma tissue plasminogen activator （ tPA ）, tissue plasminogn activator inhibitor-1 （ PAI-1 ）, urokinase-plasminagen activator （uPA） and uroldnase-plasminogen activator receptor （uPAR） levels were determined with ELISA in （1） 32 DM2 patients without albuminuria （ttAL 〈201.t.g/min） （2） 33 DM2 patients with micro-albuminuria （uAL 20lxg/min-200μg/min） （3）25 DM_2 patients with micro-albuminuria （lrAL 〉 200bt.g/min） and （4） 30 controls. Iqosuffs The plasma levels of tPA and PAI-1 in DM2 patients without albuminuria were not much differant from those in controls （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The plasma levels of tPA in DM2 patients with micro-albuminuria were significantly lower than those in DM2 patient3 without albuminuria, again, the levels in patients with maero-albumuria were significantly lower than those in patients with mciro-albuminuria （ both P 〈 0.05 ）. However, the reverse was true for the PAI-1 levels. The plasma uPA and uPAR levels in all the subjects examined were not much different （ all P 〉 O. 05）. Conelucsion Determination of plasma tPA and PAI-1 levels in DM2 patients could accurately reflect the degree of nephropathy complicated with.
