摘 要:研制了测量高斯光束输出特性的实验教学仪。该仪器基本原理:利用刀口法测量高斯光束经凸透镜变换后,在凸透镜后方所形成的束腰两侧不同位置的光斑半径,然后对测量数据进行最小二乘法拟合与计算,可确定光束经凸透镜变换后的光束的束腰半径、束腰位置、衍射倍率因子及远场发散角;根据上述测量所得的光束经过凸透镜变换后的光束特性参数及高斯光束变换规律,可确定光束经凸透镜变换前的光束束腰半径和位置。A teaching experimental instrument,which is applied to measure the Gauss beam property parameters in the process of the laser physics experimental teaching,is developed.The steps of measuring Gauss beam property parameters are as follows: first measuring the beam radii of the Gauss beam at different points beside the auxiliary beam waist,which is built by the lens,by using the knife-edge method,then fitting the measured data by the least squares method according to the propagating formulas of the Gauss beam,the beam property parameters after the auxiliary lens,which are the beam waist radius,the beam waist location,the beam divergence and the propagation factor of the Gauss beam,can be obtained.Based on the measured Gauss beam property parameters after the auxiliary lens and the transforming law of Gauss beam through the lens,the beam waist radius and the beam waist location of the Gauss beam before the auxiliary lens can be calculated.
