摘  要:构建了微型土条切削实验台,由于充分缩小刀具和土条的尺寸,而具有制样的快捷性、操作的可重复性及切后土壤破碎体统计分析的方便性,是土壤破碎适合的实验测试手段。土壤破碎仿真则以离散单元法为主的土壤切削失效、经由Image-Pro Plus实现的微裂纹生长、在Matlab中进行土壤破碎体的尺度统计3个步骤实现。使用目前提供的计算参数仿真,得到的平均土块径与含水率10%条件的切削实验结果一致,而仿真所得的土壤破碎体分形维数则与25%条件的切削实验结果一致。Soil fragmentation characteristics not only affect soil's behavior in tillage operation but also are related to the physical condition of the seedbed.Improved design of tillage tools for high soil fragmentation requires a theory of soil breakage failure.Mini-scale soil cutting and testing platform and computer simulation were two main methods for soil fragmentation study.A mini-scale soil cutting platform was constructed,which largely reduced size of cutting knife and soil sample,and thus was beneficial to quick sample preparation,repeatability and reduced statistical work for resulted soil fragments.It provided a suitable means for soil fragmentation test.Soil fragmentation simulation is realized with the following three stages: 1) soil failure simulation under the cutting action;2) the growth of the generated micro-cracks with Image-Pro Plus;and 3) statistical calculation on the fragments in Mat-lab.The mean weight diameter of the calculated result was in agreement with that of the cutting test on the 10% moisture soil,while the simulated soil fragments fractal dimension was similar with that of the cutting test on the 25% moisture soil.
