摘  要:以新会抢险打捞基地高桩码头灌注型嵌岩桩的施工工艺为对象,结合嵌岩桩施工中卡锤现象的典型案例,论述影响嵌岩桩冲孔成孔的因素,阐述嵌岩桩在施工过程中应注意的问题及对卡锤现象进行诊断和排除的对策。本工程结合嵌岩桩冲孔过程中所用两种桩机冲锤类型的优缺点,加工改良自制了圆筒米字型锤,有效降低了冲孔过程中成孔方向与管桩轴向的偏差,从而避免了冲锤在桩尖位置由于偏孔产生折角而出现卡锤现象,有效提高了施工进度并保证工程质量,可为类似工程提供参考。Based on the construction process of pouring rock-socketed piles at the high-pile wharf of Xinhui Rescue Salvage Base,and considering the hammer blocking which often occurs,this paper discusses the influential factors of punching hole for rock-socketed piles,expounds the key problems which should be paid attention to during construction,and proposes the detecting and handling methods for hammer blocking.A new type of hammer which looks like Chinese character Mi has been made referring to the features of two types of pile hammers used in punching hole.This eliminates hammer blocking caused by the deviation between the axial direction and punching hole direction,and effectively improves the construction progress and the quality of project.It may serve as reference for similar projects.
