新农村建设中农民利益实现机制研究

摘　　要："三农"问题是困扰中国经济发展的一个重要课题,农民问题是"三农"问题的核心,农民问题的实质是农民利益问题。而要解决好农民问题就必须要实现好、维护好、发展好农民的正当利益。在社会主义新农村建设中,我们应积极探索和创建农民利益的实现机制,建立利益价值导向机制、利益诉求表达机制、利益监督约束机制、利益冲突化解机制、利益共享实现机制。Three Rural Issues is an important topic plagued China＇s economic development.And the key of Three Rural Issues is the problem of peasants,of which the essence is their interests.Peasants＇ interests should be well realized,safeguarded and developed in solving their problem.Under construction of the new socialist countryside,we ought to actively explore and create a system for the realization of the interests of peasants,which should include： value-oriented system of interests,expression system of interests,supervision and restraint system of interests,conflict resolution system of interests and sharing implementation system of interests.
