摘　　要：X(S)M55-30型密炼机在生产使用过程中存在密炼室密闭不够和串水腔漏水、密炼室冷却速度较慢、密炼室转子轴轴承安装调试困难以及密封方式过于复杂等问题。针对以上问题,文章提出了密炼室结构、转子轴的轴承选择和密封装置以及密炼室的冷却方式等改进设计方案。This paper proposes a improved design proposal to deal with the problems which occurred in the mixing chamber during using the X （S） M55-30 internal rubber mixer. The problems are that mixing chamber was not enough sealed and leaked water, and the rotor installed hard, sealed ways were too complex.
