摘  要:汽车门锁用WPBφ0.80 mm不锈弹簧在做锁体寿命试验时,同批次寿命差异较大。对疲劳寿命为28723次的弹簧断口进行分析,弹簧表面出现纵向裂纹;对原料晶粒度进行测定,疲劳寿命为17万~18万次的原料晶粒度为6.5级,疲劳寿命约23万次的原料晶粒度为9级。通过采用新旧模具生产的弹簧钢丝加工成扭簧后,疲劳寿命分别约24万次和22万次。采用酸浸试验加强对原料的检测,选择细晶粒原料,提高模具质量等措施可有效提高扭簧的疲劳寿命。The life difference of same batch of WPB diameter 0.80 mm stainless steel spring for car door lock is big while it is done lock life tested. The spring fracture of fatigue life 28 723 was analyzed, longitudinal crack occurred on the surface of spring. Prevention measure is to strengthen inspection of raw material by adopting pickling test. The crystal grain of raw material was tested, the raw material grain size of fatigue life from 170 thousand to 180 thousand is grade 6.5, the raw material grain size of fatigue life 230 thousand is grade 9, after the torsion spring was produced by using the spring steel wire drawn by new and old die, fatigue life is 240 thousand and 220 thousand separately. The fatigue life of torsion spring can be improved effectively through the following measures: to strengthen detection of wire rod by adopting acid pickling test, to select fine grain raw material, to improve die quality etc.
