大学生幽默风格与心理健康的关系

摘　　要：目的:调查大学生幽默风格与心理健康的关系。方法:采用幽默风格问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对260名大学生进行调查。结果:①不同性别的大学生幽默风格有显著性差异。②艺术类与非艺术类大学生在自强型与嘲讽型幽默风格上有显著性差异。③亲和型和自强型幽默与心理健康呈显著正相关,嘲讽型、自贬型幽默与心理健康呈显著负相关。结论:不同性别、不同学科类型的大学生幽默风格有差异,幽默风格与心理健康相关。Objective：Research on the relationship between humor style and mental health of university students.Methods：260 university students were surveyed by Humor Styles Questionnaire and SCL-90.Results：①Humor styles of university students of different gender were significantly different.②The humor style between art and non-art students were significantly different,particularly in self-enhancing and satire humor style.③Affinity and self-enhancing type humor were significantly positively correlated with mental health,but satire and self-deprecating type humor were significantly negative.Conclusion：Humor styles were correlated with mental health,which of differences existed among different gender and kinds of university students.
