新建本科高校“两个评估”与ISO质量管理体系的应用

摘　　要：从运行过程、目标导向及管理原则等因素看,新建本科高校推行ISO质量管理体系是可行的,其不仅可解决"两个评估"的燃眉之急,更益于快速而持续地提高办学水平。但关键是要从管理方针和目标的制定入手,创立一种新的符合新建本科高校实际的质量管理体系。From the factors of running processes,goal orientation and management principles and so on,it is feasible to implement ISO quality management system in the newly built unniversity,which not only meets the urgent needs of ＂two assessments＂,but also benefits the rapid and sustained improvement of schooling levels.The key is Concerning the management policies,objeltines.the creation of a new quality management system in line with the newly built unniversity＇s actuality.
