论程登科的民族体育思想

摘　　要：程登科将体育与民族危亡直接联系在一起,大力倡导以"民族复兴"为目的的"民族体育"思想。民族体育思想的核心为军事化体育,实施对象为全体国民;民族体育思想是对抗日战争时期中国救亡图存现实需要的积极回应,其思想内容既是对晚清维新派"尚武强国"体育思想的传承,也是对西方武备教育及军事化体育的借鉴,它是一种适合中国国情需要、极具时代特征的爱国主义体育思潮。当然,程登科的民族体育思想也存在着明显的历史局限性,其一是他所提倡的体育全民化,主张以军警权力辅助民众实行,未免带有强迫性与专制性的军国主义色彩。其二是程登科从御侮抗敌、救亡图存的角度提倡体育军事化与军事体育化,用心虽苦,但未免过分夸大了体育的工具性与军事实用效果,须知中国抗日战争的胜利,取决于国内国际各种反法西斯战争因素的合力,绝非简单的体育军事化与军事体育化所能完成。Linking sports with country＇s peril directly,Cheng Dengke strongly advocated the ＂national sports＂ ideology,the purpose of which is for the ＂national rejuvenation＂.The core of national sports ideology is sports militarization,and the implemented subject is all citizens;National sports ideology is the positive response to practical needs during the Anti-Japanese War,and it is not only the inheritance from the reformers＇ ideology of the late Qing Dynasty,i.e.＂Militarism makes a powerful country＂,but also enlightenment from the Western weapons and equipment of education and militarization of sports,so it is a need for China＇s actual conditions and shows patriotic characteristics in that time.However,Cheng Dengke＇s national physical education ideology also has its own obvious historical limitations.One is the sport that he promoted should be national military with police power supporting,which reflected militarism and authoritarian characters.Second,Cheng Dengke advocated to combine sport with military,which far exaggerated the practical effect of sports and military,because Chinese victory of the Anti-Japanese War depends on all the factors of domestic and international anti-fascist war,and it is impossible to relay simply on combining sport with military.
