摘  要:当前,我国高校中的腐败现象、泛行政化倾向给高校的发展带来了许多消极影响,推行高校问责制是我国高校改革与发展的必然选择。善治为我国高校问责制的实施奠定了理论基础,善治视野下我国高校问责制的发展趋向主要有:由"事后问责"走向"预防问责";由重"问"走向"问"与"答"的结合;由重"惩"走向"奖"与"惩"的结合;由注重"他律"走向"自律"与"他律"的结合;由注重"上问下责"走向"下问上责"与"上问下责"的结合。At present,the corruption and the tendency of the fan-administration in colleges and universities has brought many negative effects to the development of the colleges and universities.It is necessary to implement accountability system for the reform and development of our colleges and universities.Good governance has laid a theoretical foundation for the implementation of university accountability system.From the perspective of good governance,the trends of Chinese university accountability system are as follows: from post-accountability to preventive accountability;from inquiry-emphasized to the emphasis of the combination of inquiry and response;from punishment-emphasized to the emphasis of the combination of punishment and encouragement,from heteronomy emphasized to the emphasis of the combination of heteronomy and self-discipline,from superiors inquiring inferiors to the combination of superiors inquiring inferiors and inferiors inquiring superiors.
