摘 要:采用区熔定向凝固方法制备〈110〉取向的TbDyFe超磁致伸缩合金,用管式炉氩气保护,在不同温度下进行2 h的均匀化热处理,研究热处理条件的变化对TbDyFe合金取向、组织、磁致伸缩性能以及力学性能的影响.结果表明:热处理不改变TbDyFe合金的轴向择优取向,热处理后网状的富稀土相向球状转变,磁致伸缩系数提高,提高的幅度在300×10-6左右,力学性能明显改善,抗压强度从225 MPa提高到256 MPa.经930℃热处理2 h后,〈110〉取向的TbDyFe超磁致伸缩合金综合性能最好.〈110〉 oriented TbDyFe giant magnetostrictive alloy was prepared by using the method of zonal melting directional solidification.Heat treatment for uniformization was conducted in tubular furnace for 2 h at different temperatures with protection of argon atmosphere.The effect of heat treatment on the preferred orientation,morphologies,magnetostriction and mechanical properties of TbDyFe alloy was investigated.It was shown by the result that the axially preferred orientation remained unchanged after annealing.The net-shaped rich rare-earth phase became spheroidal after annealing.The magnetostriction coefficient was improved the extent of 300×10-6 or so.Its mechanical properties was obviously improved,compressive strength became 256 MPa.The comprehensive performance of gant-magnetostrictive alloy of TbDyFe was the best when it was heat-treated at temperature 930 ℃ for 2 h.
