摘  要:为了预测数控铣削加工过程中球头铣刀的铣削力,将刀具沿轴向平行地分割为许多很小的切削微元,刀具受到的铣削力为参与切削的各切削微元的受力之和.根据刀具铣削力与切削负载之间的经验公式,综合考虑刀具偏心、力变形和热变形,推导出三维进给状态下瞬时切削厚度表达式,建立球头铣刀铣削力模型并对模型进行仿真.结果表明,刀具偏心和变形对铣削力影响很大,尤其是在y轴上相对最大误差在8.5%以上;试验结果与仿真结果对比表明仿真模型的正确性.To predict the milling force of spheric end mills in CNC milling process,the cutting tool was divided into many cutting elements,along its axis so that the milling forces would be the sum of all forces of all cutting elements participating in cutting.According to the empirical formula of dependence of tool milling force on cutting load and taking tool disalignment,force variation,and thermal deformation into account,the expression of instantaneous cutting thickness was derived on condition under the of three-dimensional feed to establish and simulate the milling force model of spheric end mill.The results showed that tool disalignment and deformation had a great influence on milling force,especially along y-axis,the relative maximum error was above 8.5%.It was shown by comparing the milling force obtained from experiment with that of simulation that the simulation model was valid.
