摘  要:针对目前数控等离子切割机进行管端相贯线焊接坡口切割过程中切割速度设定的控制策略方面的不足,为了达到保证被有效切穿的情况下提高切割加工质量的目的,通过对割炬姿态控制数学模型的建立和分析,提出变步长相贯线的插补控制算法,使数控插补过程中的步长随着切割厚度的变化而改变.理论分析和仿真结果表明,采用该算法能使切割速度自动适应切割厚度的变化,可以有效提高切割质量.Aimed at the inadequacy of the control strategy for cutting speed setting in the process of welding groove cutting along intersecting edge at pipe end with NC plasma cutter at present,and aimed also at improving the cutting quality in the case of effective pipe intersection,an interpolation control algorithm of intersecting contour with variable steplength was proposed by means of setting up and analyzing a mathematical model for attitude control of cutting torch,making it possible that the steplength would change with the cutting thickness.It was shown by both the theoretical analysis and simulation result that this algorithm could make the cutting speed variable to adapt automatically to the cutting thickness and make the cutting quality improved effectively.
