摘  要:在叶片式流体机械CFD数值模拟的网格划分阶段,用ANSYS ICEM生成网格时易出现"有洞"现象.通过不断改变质心点的位置,分析出现这种现象的原因,探索解决叶片式流体机械CFD数值模拟中网格划分时易出现"有洞"问题的办法.指出正确地创建体是解决这种问题的关键;阐述如何正确地创建体,以及正确创建体的2种方法.经实例验证表明,2种创建体的方法对解决网格划分中的"有洞"问题很有效,能够顺利地生成符合数值计算所需要的网格.对于结构简单的部分用两基点法创建体比较快捷,对于结构和几何形状复杂的部分用表面法创建体,可以迅速解决"有洞"问题.In the grid division of the vane type fluid machinery during CFD numerical simulation stage,it was easy to appear the phenomenon of cavity occurrence when the software of ANSYS ICEM was used for grid generation.Its reason was analyzed by continually changing the mass center position,and the methods of its solution were explored.It was pointed out the key to solve this problem was to properly create a body.How to create properly a body as well as two methods of creating properly a body were elaborated.It was shown by using actual examples that the two methods were very effective to solve the problem and could generate the required mesh for numerical simulation successfully.It was faster to create a body with two-point method for the body with part relatively simple body structure.The problem could be solved quickly with the method of selecting surfaces for the body part with complex structure and geometry.
