对公安民警训历管理的几点思考

摘　　要：训历是指公安民警自从警以来所接受的培训教育的经历。训历管理的研究是公安"大教育、大培训"组织管理科学化、规范化的必然要求。"训用结合"在我国已经起步,但尚处于初级阶段,存在着管理模式陈旧、管理难以规范、民警信息化应用能力有待提高等问题。借鉴国外训历管理的成功经验,建议完善民警教育训练工作组织机构;健全民警教育训练考核激励机制;切实加强教官队伍建设;进一步改革警察院校办学模式,充分发挥院校在"大教育"、"大培训"中的主阵地作用;充分发挥网络优势,实现民警终生教育。Experience of training is the experience that the police training and education has been accepted since he became a policeman.The management of police training calendar is a certain term to make ＂Great education,great training＂ more standardized,scientific.＂Experience of training with Personnel system＂ has started in China,but still in its infancy.There are many problems at present,such as the obsolete management model,the difficult regulating management,the improvement of the information technology application ability of police and so on.Drawing on the successful management experience of the management of police training calendar from abroad,we suggest perfecting the police education training work organization;improving police education and training assessment and incentive mechanism;strengthening the instructor team-building;furthering reform the police Colleges,playing full role in the colleges＇ ＂Great education＂ and ＂Great training＂;taking advantage of the Internet,realizing police lifelong education.
