甲醇回收工艺在苏里格气田的应用

摘　　要：苏里格气田产含醇污水主要通过处理厂甲醇回收装置采取常压精馏工艺集中处理后,将含醇污水中的甲醇分离出来,使甲醇得以再生,并回收利用。苏里格气田已建成的4个天然气处理厂甲醇回收系统经历了从筛板塔盘到斜孔塔盘、单塔精馏到双塔精馏的转变,经现场生产运行实践,工艺技术不断优化,主要从已建成甲醇回收装置的运行状况进行分析和比较。Sulige was mad that the landed property including the mellow sewage mainly adopts the atmospheric pressure selective evaporation craft centralized processing after the treatment plant methyl alcohol reclamation plant,will contain in the mellow sewage methyl alcohol to separate,enables the methyl alcohol to regenerate,and recycles the use.The Su Lige natural gas field has completed 4 natural gas treatment plant methyl alcohol recovery system has experienced from the sieve tray to the slanting hole tray of column,the single tower selective evaporation to the double tower selective evaporation transformation,after the scene production movement practice,the processing technology optimizes unceasingly,this article mainly from has completed the methyl alcohol reclamation plant the movement condition to carry on the analysis and the comparison.
