我国基层体育运动学校整合与发展思路探索

摘　　要：基层体育运动学校对我国竞技体育的发展做出了极为重要的贡献,但随着社会环境的变化,其原有的运行机制已难以适应发展了的社会现实。分析了整合基层体育运动学校的必要性,从认识定位、称谓界定、队伍整合、新模式构建和新模式控制等方面提出了基层体育运动学校新的发展思路。Basic sports schools make a great contribution to our competitive sports developnment,however,with the development of social environment,its operation mechanism can not adapt to the society.Analyzing the necessity of integration,in the view of cognition positioning,salutation definition,team integration,new model construction and control,it puts forward a new developmental plan.
