美罗培南致老年患者急性哮喘

摘　　要：1例84岁男性患者,因肺部感染给予美罗培南抗感染治疗,第3天静脉滴注美罗培南约15min时,患者出现胸闷、呼吸急促、憋喘、轻度呼吸困难、口唇紫绀等喘息症状,并逐渐加重。BP 110/80 mm Hg,P 124次.min-1,R 35次.min-1。立即给予地塞米松、异丙嗪、氨茶碱、氢化可的松治疗,1h后患者喘息症状基本缓解。One 84-year-old man was hospitalized with pulmonary infection.The patient was treated with meropenem for anti-infection.On the third day,about 15 minutes after the start of the infusion,the patient developed chest distress,dyspnoea,cyanosis with blood pressure of 110/80 mm Hg,pulse rate of 124 beats per minutes,respiratory rate of 35 breaths per minutes.The patient was administrered with dexamethasone,promethazine,aminophylline,dopamine,hydrocortisone.One hour later,the symptoms of the patient improved.
