摘　　要：民间投资融资问题长期以来影响着我国金融市场的健康发展。改善对民营企业的金融服务、扩大直接融资渠道、完善融资担保体系等扩大民间投资市场准入的制度建立和完善是消除决民间投资融资障碍的有效途径。Problem of private investment and financing influent health development of financal market in ourcountry.all alone.It is improveing and building system about enlarging market access in private investment of improving financial service for private enterprises and enlarging financy chanal derectly and improving system of finacial assure that is effective way of obvising obstacle in private investment and financing.
