摘 要:首先建立了10 kV并联电容器组的电路模型,并通过电路仿真确定了模型的精度。结合目前变电站内成熟的SCADA系统,基于CDT通信规约,设计了1套10 kV并联电容器组在线监测与故障预警软件系统,能够对电容器组的运行状况进行实时监测和分析,实现对电容器故障的预警。该系统在重庆市城区供电局某变电站的在线运行验证了该系统的准确性和实用性。In this article,the circuit model of 10 kV shunt capacitor banks is firstly established and its accuracy is defined by circuit simulation.A set of software of on-line monitoring and early warning system for 10 kV shunt capacitor banks,which combines mature SCADA system in the substation and adopts CDT communication protocol,is designed.Real time monitoring analysis on the capacitor bank can be conducted and early warning on the capacitor can be achieved with this system.The accuracy and practical applicability of the system has been validated through on line operation of the system at certain substation of Chongqing Municipal Urban Electric Power Supply Bureau.
