农村信息服务体系的构建

摘　　要：农村信息服务体系存在着农民获取信息资源有限、文化信息严重匮乏、获取信息途径单一和信息利用率低等问题,文章分析了构建农村信息服务体系的两个重要因素,即信息资源的内容和信息服务模式,指出农村信息资源建设应注意科普性,要提供具有指导性、预测性的高价值信息,要体现全面性和及时性,要注重信息资源的整合;农村信息服务模式要有独特性,包括通过网络平台提供信息检查与浏览服务,提供深层次的信息咨询与交流服务,开展专题跟踪服务,提供各种形式农村文化信息服务。在此基础上,提出新型农村信息服务体系架构。This paper points out the problems in the rural information service system,they are lim ited infor-mation resource received by farm users,short of cultural information,singleness of information receiving ways,and low efficiency in the information utility.Then analyzes two important factors of rural information service system： the content of information resource and information service pattern,points out that in the con-struction of rural information source,we should paymore attention to its science attrbutes,to provide valuable information with instructive and pred ictive,to reflect the comprehensiveness and timeliness,to focus on the integration of information resources;information services in rural areas should have a d istinctive pattern,in-clud ing through the Internet platform provides information retrieval and browsing services,provide in-depth information consultation and commuication services,carry out special tracking services,provide various forms of cultural information services in rural areas.On this basis,we propose the new rural information service sys-tem.
