旁路移植静脉段血管壁再狭窄的形态学研究

摘　　要：观察自体静脉旁路移植后移植静脉段的血管壁的变化。新西兰大白兔18只,取右侧颈外静脉旁路移植至同侧颈总动脉为实验组,仅游离左侧颈外静脉为假实验组,正常左侧颈外静脉为正常对照组,术后6周取材光镜下观察、测量、比较各血管段内膜、中膜变化差异,电镜观察细胞形态变化。游离的静脉与正常静脉相比无明显变化(P>0.05);移植静脉段内膜明显增厚(P<0.01)。由此可知,自体静脉旁路移植术后内膜明显增厚,并与移植损伤和局部血流动力学改变密切相关。To observe the restenosis after the vein-to-artery grafted bypass.18 New Zealand Rabbits were endured the experiment.To transplant the right external-jugular-vein to the right arteria-carotis-communis bypass as the experiment group;To dissociate the left external-jugular-vein as the provided experiment group;And to choose the normal wein as the compared group.6 weeks after the operation,kill the rabbits and get the specimen.To observe,measure and compare the different change of the vessels by light microscope,and observe the Morphologic change of the VECs and the SMCs by electron microscope.The change of the dissociated vessels are similar to the normal veins（P0.05）;The endomembranes of the grafted veins are much more thicker than the normal veins＇（P0.01）.After the vein-to-artery transplanting operation bypass,the grafted veins＇ intima are thickened remarkably,And the location of he thickened intima are extremely related with the changed hemodynamics.
