摘 要:为了简化无固相钻井液的配方筛选过程,本实验以PAM、KCl、NaCl、CMC、KOH、KPAN为处理剂,采用正交试验法筛选了各组分的添加量对钻井液性能的影响。结果表明:无固相钻井液具有最大电导率时各组分的质量比为KCl:NaCl:PAM:CMC:KPAN:KOH=3:9:2:2:2:2,具有最大表观黏度时各组分的质量配比为KCl:NaCl:PAM:CMC:KPAN:KOH=3:9:2:2:2:0.5,具有最好的降滤失效果的配方为KCl:NaCl:PAM:CMC:KPAN:KOH=0:3:0:2:2:0.5。A series solid-free drilling fluid were prepared by using PAM,KCl,NaCl,CMC, KOH and K -HPAN as treatment agents in this work.The amounts of added treatment reagent were optimized by orthogonal experimental method,and their effects on the properties of obtained drilling fluid were analyzed in detail.It was found from the results that the solid-free drilling fluid with the formulation of KCl:NaCl:PAM:CMC:KPAN:KOH = 3:9: 2:2:2:2 had maximum conductivity,the formulation of KCl:NaCl:PAM:CMC:KPAN: KOH = 3:9:2:2:2:0.5 had best viscosity and the best filtrate reduction was presented in KCl:NaCl:PAM:CMC:KPAN:KOH = 0:3:0:2:2:0.5.
