摘　　要：安阳市自实行基本药物制度试点以来,取得了一些成效和经验,但同时也暴露出一些问题。通过对安阳市基本药物制度在实施过程中出现的问题进行分析,探讨基本药物制度实施的难点问题及解决方法。基本药物制度需要大力改进和完善,以满足人民群众基本医疗用药需求。Since the pilot project of national essential drug system was implemented in Anyang,many achievements have been made and experience gained.However,some problems and defects also emerged.This paper analyses the problems emerged during the implement of national essential drug system in Anyang,and aims to make an exploration of the difficulties it is confronted and to provide some solutions.It is obvious that we should vigorously improve the national essential drug system to to meet people＇s demand for basic medical care and drug use.
