江西省社区卫生服务机构人力资源现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解2009年江西全省社区卫生服务机构人力资源分布情况,为合理配置卫生人员提供依据。方法采用普查法对2009年江西省645家社区卫生服务机构的人力资源情况进行了调查分析。结果江西省社区卫生服务机构共有卫生人员7654人,其中卫生技术人员6635人,占86.69%。在卫生技术人员中,女性(66.48%)多于男性(33.52%);年龄主要集中在25～55岁;医师最多,占41.79%,护士次之,占37.56%;学历以中专(43.09%)和大专(38.39%)为主;职称以初级(56.47%)和中级(29.15%)为主。社区医师的专业分布为西医65.81%、中医23.95%,公卫4.72%、口腔4.00%;学历以大专(46.45%)、本科(27.30%)和中专(23.65%)为主;职称以中级(44.97%)、初级(35.56%)为主。结论江西省社区卫生服务机构人员的年龄、性别分布符合人力资源规划,卫生技术人员学历和职称相对较低,公共卫生人员及口腔专业人员较少,结构有待于进一步优化。OBJECTIVE To understand the current status human resource among community health service organization in Jiangxi Province in 2009,to provide the basis for the rational allocation of human resource.METHOD Using the census method.In 2009,Human resources among 645 community health service organizations were investigated in Jiangxi Province.RESULT There are totally 7 654 health workers among community health service in Jiangxi Province,of which 6 635 were health professional workers accounted for 86.69%.Among health professional workers,women is more than men,the ages are mainly from 25 to 55 years old.The professionals are mainly doctors（accounting for 41.79%） and nurses（accounting for 37.56%）,in educational background,many of them are from secondary school（accounting for 43.09%） and junior college（accounting for 38.39%）,in professional title,many of them have the title of primary rank（accounting for 56.47%）and intermediate rank（accounting for 29.15%）.The professionals of community physician are Western medicine 65.81%,Chinese medicine 23.95%,public health 4.72%,oral 4.00%,46.45% of them have junior college educational background,27.30% of them graduated college,23.65% of them have secondary school educational background,44.97% of them have intermediate professional titles,35.56% of them have primary professional titles.CONCLUSION The ages and gender distribution of the personnel troop among community health service organization in Jiangxi Province are accord with human resource planning,the educational background and the professional titles are relatively low.The staffs of public health and oral are fewer.The structures of personnel troop among community health service organizations must optimize.
