兰州市6～8岁小学生口腔健康状况的现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解兰州市6～8岁儿童口腔健康状况,为龋病的预防、口腔卫生健康教育提供科学依据。方法根据儿童第一恒磨牙萌出的情况,选择兰州市城关区45所小学6～8岁小学生1193名进行问卷调查和口腔健康检查;原始数据采用Excel、SPSS11.0软件进行统计处理及分析。结果城市与城乡结合部儿童口腔卫生状况、牙龈健康状况的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中城乡结合部儿童的口腔综合健康状况好于城市,城市儿童的牙龈健康状况要好于城乡结合部儿童。牙列状况、牙颌状况健康水平的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);在以上的口腔健康问题中,性别差异不具有统计学意义。结论城市和城乡结合部儿童在口腔健康水平和牙龈健康水平上还是有差异的。提示,今后在开展口腔卫生健康教育时,要注意不同地区的健康教育内容应该各有侧重。OBJECTIVE To understand the oral health situation of the pupils aged 6～8 in Lanzhou City and to provide a scientific basis for the dental caries prevention and oral health education.METHODS According to the eruption situation of the first permanent molar,1 193 pupils aged 6～8 in the 45 primary schools in the Chengguan District in Lanzhou City were selected to be questionnaired and examinged,all the original datas analyzed by Excel and SPSS 11.0 software.RESULTS The status of oral health and gingival health of the children in cities and urban-rural fringe were significant differences（P0.05）,the level of the urban-rural children＇s oral health was better than that of the urban＇s,the level of the urban children＇s gingival health is better than that of the urban-rural children＇s.The rates or proportions in dentition status and dental health status show no significant differences（P0.05）,the rate or proportion of oral health problems above show no significant differences between the different genders.CONCLUSIONS The status of the oral health and the gingival health of the children in cities and urban-rural fringe were different,we must pay attention to employ the different education content in oral health education in different district.
