摘　　要：目的探讨乌司他丁在门脉高压症术后应用的效果。方法将85例需手术的门脉高压症患者随机分为两组,A组为乌司他丁组,共42例;B组为常规治疗组,共43例。术后1、3、5、7 d分别检测患者的ALT、ALB、PT、APTT、CRP等指标,判断肝功能恢复情况,并对照两组术后并发症的发生率。结果乌司他丁组患者肝功能恢复明显优于常规治疗组,术后并发症发生率亦明显低于常规治疗组。结论门脉高压症患者术后使用乌司他丁可以促进患者术后肝功能恢复,减少术后并发症,加速康复。Objective To discuss the effect of ulinastatin on postoperative patients with portal hypertension. Methods 85 operated patients with portal hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,42 patients in experimental group and 43 patients in control group. ALT,ALB,PT,APTY and CRP was detected on 1,3,5,7 day after operation to judge the condition of Liver - function restoration and the suppression of inflammatory reaction, and the incidence rate of postoperative complications in two groups were contrasted. Results The Liver - function restoration and postoperative complications in two groups was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclution The ulinastatin can promote Liver - function restoration, decrease postoperative complications and accelerate restoration on postoperative patients with portal hypertension.
