股骨近端带锁髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用股骨近端带锁髓内钉(PFN/PFNA)治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法应用PFN/PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折47例。结果 45例患者获随访,时间6～25个月,平均18个月。复查X片显示骨折均愈合。结论股骨近端带锁髓内钉(PFN/PFNA)治疗股骨转子间骨折具有手术创伤小、固定可靠、并发症少等特点,是目前治疗股骨转子间骨折比较理想的内固定物。Objective To evaluate the effection of proximal femoral nail anti -rotation （PFNA） in the treatment of the proxiaml femoral intertrocbanteric fracture. Methods 47 patients with proxiaml femoral intertrochanteric fracture accepted PFNA. Results The follow - up sample includes 45 cases,with the time range from 6 to 25 months（ average 18months）. All of the fracture are union in X - ray images. Conclusion For the feature of little invasion, dependable fixation and few compli- cation, PFNA is the satisfactory internal fixation used to treat the proxiaml femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
