两缸两排汽660MW超临界直接空冷汽轮机排汽装置研制初探

摘　　要：为了适应660MW超临界直接空冷机组两缸两排汽一个排汽口的需要,排汽装置需采用单壳体、并带有两个排汽管道,同时具有内带除氧及加热功能的联合装置。排汽管道采用裤叉管设计,并从除氧、强度、结构等方面介绍了设计过程,阐述了设计原理,使660MW超临界直接空冷汽轮机单壳体排汽装置性能优、强度佳的特点得到充分体现。In order to realize a design that only one air exhaust equipped for two cylinders ＆ two exhausts 660MW supercritical air-cooled steam turbine, the exhaust unit with single casing and two exhaust pipes shall be adopted, being combined internally with a unit which be capable of deoxidization and heating. In this paper, Y-tube is designed for exhaust pipes, and design process and principle are illustrated in terms of deoxidization, strength and structure, showing wonderfnl performance and strength of single casing exhaust unit.
